The Body of Club of Czech Tourists (KČT) in Kralupy nad Vltavou was set up on 25th March 1925. Nice nature and neighbourhood of Prague had positive influence on development of tourism before the Second World War. The first recorded trip was arranged on Milešovka hill on 17th May 1925.In 1948-1989 the tourism was organised in Tourist Association, one of few "almost democratic" organisations. On 2nd of September 1970 the first independent Tourist Youth Squads was founded.

Modern history started on 21st February 1990 when KČT Kralupy nad Vlatvou renewed traditions and started to work with 100 members. During last 10 years the number of organised members was almost tripled.

Every year KCT arrange a lot of jaunts, trips, foreign tours etc. for a wide public. In 1991 the renovation of the Centre was started, now it is the background of KČT in Kralupy.
